About front lit acrylic face light box (rectangle) pricing

Priced per unit; vendors typically quote against a primary quantity around 1 unit.

Why is one screen quote double another?

Usually commercial versus consumer grade and whether installation and content management are included. Pin the panel grade and the scope before comparing.

Should the content software be a separate line?

Yes. Bundled CMS fees are easy to overpay on. Ask for hardware and recurring software priced separately.
