ClearQuoter was built by Scott Duyn, a trade marketing professional with 12 years of experience managing vendor procurement for brands including Callaway Golf, Spy Optic, and Honma Golf.

After years of approving vendor quotes with no independent way to verify whether prices were fair, Scott built ClearQuoter to give procurement buyers the market data they need before signing.

After twelve years of approving vendor quotes with no way to verify whether the prices were fair, I started collecting pricing data. ClearQuoter started as a spreadsheet and grew into the benchmarking tool I wished I had when I was on the other side of the approval. It exists because every buyer deserves an independent second opinion before signing.

ClearQuoter is an independent pricing benchmark for physical marketing procurement. It covers print, signage, displays, promotional products, trade show services, event staffing, and more. Every benchmark is built from real vendor pricing, verified for independence, and updated on a rolling basis.

ClearQuoter is not an RFQ tool, not a vendor marketplace, and does not accept vendor sponsorship or advertising revenue. It exists to serve buyers.
