Yes — auditing your own quotes is free with an account, full dollar verdicts included. The trade: your quote’s lines join the benchmark as anonymized observations (vendor names hashed, never published). Pro at $79/month adds unlimited quote scans, negotiation briefs, and full analytical depth.
How many vendor prices are behind each benchmark?
Every benchmark requires at least three independent vendor prices before a market range is published. High-confidence items draw from ten or more vendors.
What categories can I audit?
ClearQuoter covers trade show services, retail displays, print production, signage, direct mail, promotional products, vehicle wraps, branded merchandise, and more — over 30 marketing procurement categories.
How is the negotiation target calculated?
For each line item that falls above the market range, ClearQuoter sets a target at the median price observed across vendors. The negotiation brief aggregates these targets into a total savings estimate.
What file formats can I upload?
The audit tool accepts PDFs, images (JPG, PNG), spreadsheets (XLSX, CSV), and pasted text. The scanner reads line items, quantities, and prices from any standard quote layout.
